Donohoo, Oxley lead Tecumseh to first state championship
Tecumseh junior Karsyn Flowers opened the fourth quarter with a 3-pointer to break a 41-41 tie and send the Braves on to a 60-53 win over Lafayette Central Catholic in the Class A state championship game.

After taking the 52-41 lead with 4:38 left, LCC closed within 56-53 with 1:20 left after the Braves went through a stretch where they missed seven of nine free throw attempts, but the Knights could get no closer.
Sophomore Jenna Donohoo led the winners with 29 points and 13 rebounds, while Kaybree Oxley added 19 points and 11 boards.
Carlee Barrett led Central Catholic (24-5) with 17 points and Kendal Rider and Caitlin Dineen each netted 14 points.
