Trip Lukemeyer, Foundation Director

Trip Lukemeyer joined the Association as the IHSAA Foundation Director on May 1, 2023.
Along with Foundation President Chris Kaufman, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the Foundation including the development and fundraising efforts to support its programs and the distribution of scholarships and grants.
Prior to working for the IHSAA, Lukemeyer worked a year and a half as Development Director of the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame in New Castle. He had been employed with USA Football (2017-21), where he was the youngest Regional Manager in the organization. In that role, he oversaw a 15-state territory across five time zones, and was involved in camps, clinics, certifications, rules implementation, best practices, etc.
He was the inaugural I-Association Student Fellow at Indiana University from 2015-2017, working closely with I-Association Director Brian Brase and hundreds of former IU athletes at tailgates, banquets, etc.
He is a graduate of Bloomington High School North, holds an undergraduate degree in Sports Marketing and Management from Indiana University and has a master’s degree in Athletic Administration from Indiana University.
Trip and his wife Adilyn reside in Indianapolis.
